ChrisTel offers customers mobile, data, voice connectivity solutions targeting small businesses and individuals. Cloud PBX, NBN Broadband as per solution assessments

Christel N&S has provided product and services list on the website, choose from the list to next stage Mobile SIM plan is straight forward to order online, ID will be verified on secure portal, and active your service once the physical SIM card is received by post. eSIM options available for selected eSIM compatible mobile devices and eSIM details with QR code will be shared to Customer by email.

 

During working hours: After you sign up, our team processes your order within Two hours. Once submitted, NBN usually completes the transfer in 5–30 minutes. We need AVCID before in hand to proceed, which is available in Customer's invoice provided by current provider. You may experience a short interruption — typically under 20 minutes — during the final handover. Complex AVC or multi-port FTTP transfer takes 1-24 hours

 If your current provider gave you an email address (e.g., @bigpond.com, @optusnet.com.au, @tpg.com.au), it will not transfer to ChrisTel. Please contact your previous provider to keep your email active or migrate to a free service like Gmail or Outlook.”

No. ChrisTel N&S does not supply free Wi‑Fi routers with any of our internet packages. Customers may use their own compatible router or purchase one through us.

NBN Fixed Wireless delivers internet to your home using a wireless signal from a nearby NBN tower. An outdoor antenna is installed on your property, which connects to the tower and provides broadband inside your home. 

China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, United Kingdom (UK), United States (USA), Vietnam. (Landline + Mobile included.) - Total 15 Countries

You will receive email for activation of eSIM, Use your phone’s camera or eSIM setup screen to scan the QR code provided in your email. Follow the instructions on your device

1) For iPhone Open Settings>Tap Mobile Data or Cellular, Select Add eSIM or Add Mobile Data Plan, Scan the QR code> Follow the prompts until the plan is added.

You should see the new mobile plan appear on your device once complete


2) For Android (Samsung, Pixel, etc.)> Open Settings>Tap Connections or Network & Internet, Select SIM Manager or SIMs> Tap Add eSIM> Scan the QR code

Your device will check the SIM information, 

Tap Add >The phone will download and install the eSIM profile automatically
